Mighty Fine Pizza - Petoskey

This place is extremely small, so there’s no option for dining in. We stopped by to grab pizza and wings for our overnight stay in Petoskey. The staff was really friendly, and we appreciated their smiles! We ordered a meat pizza with a thin crust, which tasted great—nothing spectacular, but I'd definitely have it again. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the wings. We tried the buffalo flavor, but they had a strange spice that I couldn't identify, and I didn't enjoy it at all. To be honest, I didn't taste any buffalo flavor whatsoever. If you're feeling adventurous, you might want to give the wings a try, but I can definitely recommend the pizza. The prices were average, though parking could be a bit tricky when it's busy.

After waiting over an hour for our food, we were disappointed to find that the marinara sauce was missing. This was unfortunate because the cheese sticks were incredibly dry and overly garlicky. When I took a bite of the pizza, I was shocked to find marinara sauce all over my BBQ chicken pizza. I managed to eat just one slice before I felt sick. The cubed chicken was lukewarm and tasted like rubber. I checked the receipt, thinking maybe there had been a mistake, and noticed that they had also tipped the driver $6 instead of the $5 we had intended. I didn’t bother calling back. Fast forward six hours, and I found myself spending two hours in the bathroom during the night, feeling terrible and burping up what I can only describe as the worst pizza I’ve ever had!

Best tasting pizza ever! Delicious crust, crunchy but soft! Very generous toppings sauce is just right! We also ordered cheese bread. We were going to heat it up when got home to Millersburg for a snack. ???????????????? It never got there. We ate it coldon the way!

Today Mighty Fine Pizza made a minor error on our order and they went above and beyond to fix it. Their kindness, along with their good food, will keep us coming back for more. Thank you!

Every time I order from here, the pizza is consistently fast, on time, and delicious. The Family Special for $38.50 is fantastic – it provides enough food for two adults and three kids (under 13), with leftovers to spare. It’s rare to find a way to feed five people for under $100 these days!
