That is something when a local tells you this, as their competition is every other sea-side Fish specialty restaurant in town. The mixed fish antipasto included about a dozen items.... both hot and cold. Stuffed squid, octopus, bruschetta with chopped seafood. We didn 't order firsts. The second was fried fish, which included a bounty of flounder, speidini (kabob , large shrimp, another fish (trout? . Everything beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. I should have taken pictures, the food was really beautiful. Of course wine (Montepulciano, from the region and choice of after-dinner drinks (Cantina Tollo, also local . I do not know the price, but if it was a little higher than the others, it was worth it. It was not crowded, but it is tucked away on a small side street a few blocks behind the fresh fish pavilion where the river meets the sea, and not well marked. It is definitely a local 'undiscovered ' place not catering to tourists. We did not look at a menu, our hosts just asked for recommendations of the day. Very Italian place. Highly recommend. We will definitely return.
The food was good, it takes to many to serve. The prices are higher than other restaurants serving the same quality of food.
