We sit for an hou... read more The good was amazing, but we were not served same as an Italian customers because we spoke in English. I was not feel good here because of it. We sit for an hour here after we ate the main dish and nobody asked us if we want something else or if we want to pay. It was same for two evenings, just one of waitress spoke in english and they disregard us.

No bread... read more Fish street dish was so poor fish full of bones 2 tiny fingers, fries were soggy and bought in Prawns were beautiful but had not had poop tube removed. No bread served but was given the 5 euro charge We did complain and I refused to pay the 5 euro charge asked to see manager he refused to come to discuss. Overall terrible Casa Mia just out of the city were far better!

We were looking for a fish restaurant in Pescara when we found Ittico online and here we tried to book a table, but all the tables were apparently reserved for... read more We were looking for a fish restaurant in Pescara when we found Ittico online and here we tried to book a table, but all the tables were apparently reserved for weeks, so we decided to see if there was room in person. When we arrived, to our surprise the restaurant was empty. They seated us and we ordered wine and appetizers. The problem arose when they brought us the wrong dish. I tried to get the waiter's attention but he was busy cleaning. When we managed to get his attention he told us that there was nothing he could do because the kitchen was closed. We arrived at the restaurant at 9.30pm and it was around 10.15pm, and the restaurant closed at 11pm. I understand that the restaurant was empty and that they wanted to close early, but there was no interest in making sure that the dishes were right and everything was fine. The only interest, 45 minutes before the place closed, was cleaning. We sent the dish back and the waiter told us he would remove the dish from the bill, but he didn't. Ultimately the service ruined our experience. The waiter continued to tell us that we had ordered wrong. The food was great but I wouldn't recommend the place based on how we were treated. Then saw orders come out after I had ordered with the exact item for parties that arrived after I had. Avoid if you are a tourist but ok in a pinch. Then they added a bit extra on our bill trying to think we wouldn’t notice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
