The service here is always terrible. I dive for a coffee if the workers often do not recognize them when they go, even if they are on the fertilizers before them. they are slow and never seem to know what they are doing. recently it went to lunch and again completely incompetent employees. this place is a beautiful place (although very loud) and has a decent menu, but the staff and service is very bad.

Had seen so many Raving reviews and wanted to check this location. I went to dinner. I was very disappointed by the quality of the food and drink. I ordered the orecchiette pasta. it was undercooked and the sauce was blande not recommend my friend had the wagyu burger. it came out room temperature and she could not finish it because the massive cheese contained in the burgers, so it was too overwhelming the espresso martinis were on hahn (and definitiw tasted like it). Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be back soon, not worth $85.

I called 5 times 2 days before to make a booking, no one took up and ignored my existence. terrible staff and service! especially the male exercise!

I was there for the second time for a floorless brunch. Unfortunately had the same experience as 10 months ago with bad service and personal stingey with drinks despite paying for a floorless brunch. my steak sandwich was over boiled, meat was dry and tasteless, as it was cooked in the microwave. the granola was very nice. the personal did not take our order until we had sat about 20 minutes and we had to ask for our order. then 2 hours after our booking they began to refuse to serve us drinks bcoz they said our 2 hours were over, although not served for the first 20 minutes. a coworker had hired over the drinks, made it very difficult to order, then...read more

Food was okay, bottomless brunch menu was decent, service was horrible. We called ahead and told them we were going to be 15mins late, the waiter had an attitude the moment we walked in, basically felt like we were being lectured for being late.. She reminded us multiple times we were late. “Why were you girls so late?
