We waited in the drive-... read more Avoid this restaurant in Canning Vale, Western Australia. The staff is terrible, the service is awful, and the managers are incompetent. We waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes and they messed up our order. Another customer also had issues with their order and had to yell to get attention. This has happened multiple times in the past few days. It's clear that they don't care about customer service. It's best to go to the store in Gosnells, Western Australia instead.

After struggling to place my order at the self-service kiosk because I couldn't find decaf coffee listed, I was "greeted" by a girl who seemed to think taking counter orders was beneath her as she wore her headset for the drive-through. She didn't offer to upgrade my order to a meal, didn't ask if I was dining in, then handed me the order disc without saying a word and walked away. I ended up getting a takeaway coffee and McMuffin, and she couldn't be bothered to say anything since I had already waited 10 minutes. Honestly, I know it's only McDonald's, but a little courtesy and a friendly smile goes a long way!

They went the extra mile to provide exceptional service and support, particularly when they discovered that my girlfriend was unwell with Covid-19 during a busy and difficult period. They all deserve acknowledgment and a salary increase for their dedication. Thank you, everyone!

I constantly feel i am being ripped off as there are only prices for some of the food on offer, don 't bother asking the staff as apparently they don 't know the prices either as its in the computer and they have to enter it to find out the price. There are never any warnings when they remove something from special and if you ask for something to be change forget it they just can not cope.
