A lovely little BYO restaurant with good service and nice food. Had dinner with friends and we were welcomed and well looked after. Food was very nice - very filling. Staff suggested entrees and were spot on with the choices. They accommodated our numbers by changing the entrée sizes for us. Overall well done. View all feedback.

We've lived nearby for quite some time now and had been looking forward to trying The Cutlery Draw and we're extremely disappointed. Walked in about 9.30am on a Saturday morning, the restaurant was quiet, walked up to look at the cakes and get menus and were not acknowledged by the two young staff members behind the counter, even when our drinks/food was brought out they couldn't manage a smile. Now better than ever as BABS DINER. Fantastic array of cakes and other goodies. Great for coffee, breakfast, lunch 7 days a week and dinner Friday and Saturday. Always something new to try. Ready made take-away meals also available for easy convenience.
Went here to meet my daughter after an appt. Had the breakfast special bacon and egg toastie including coffee quick service and good portions. My daughter had the Arancini she really enjoyed that! We both had our small dogs with us and the guy was brilliant brought water and fussed both of them. Nice local atmosphere and would go back if in the area again!
Went for lunch mid week and were out the back very spacious shame about the construction noise. Meals were very generous and everyone satisfied with size.Coffee was very good and staff very friendly. Would go back.
We heard the cafe had changed hands recently and wanted to try it. Service was quick and friendly, although we would've appreciated being advised early that a dish was not available, and not much later. We ordered crispy chicken and pancake, and Thai chicken salad. Both were yummy. The latte, and flat white with almond milk, were both very good.
Went for lunch on a Saturday with a large group. We were out the back on the verandah. Verandah was lovely view not so much (sand and car park) They have a special lunch menu curries and pasta. Food was nice, meals on the large size. If you live locally worth a visit.
