Perfect hotel restaurant! We had the pasture plate last night, then later, after surfing eats for 20 minutes, flicked that and mute for another dish and a cream Brulee all excellent quality. Big brekky this morning with many interesting options in the buffet over and above the de rigeur heart attack on a plate I can never say no to... We are locals, but are you coming to Fraser 's often and in every excuse to see a s... View all feedback.
The bread dip and the bread served with chorizo and olives were enjoyable. The chorizo was particularly flavorful, and the bread had a nice warm, crispy exterior. For our main courses, we ordered the steak (medium rare), pork belly, gnocchi, and barramundi. The person who had the barramundi really enjoyed it and found it fresh and delicious. However, the steak was deemed tough and overcooked by the person who ordered it, though they did like the accompanying sides. I had the gnocchi, which had a lot of ingredients, but unfortunately, it was quite mushy and there wasn't much sauce. The pork belly, shared by two diners, was well received. The dessert platter was just average, similar to what you might find at a buffet. The service was good, particularly from the male staff member who was the only front-of-house person that night, but the food took a long time to arrive. Thankfully, we weren’t in a hurry! We probably won’t return unless there’s some sort of voucher involved, but we did enjoy our evening overall.
Servings are fine dining portions.. Very small menu so difficult to please all at our table. Expect to pay $70 a person plus drinks. Tasting desert plate saved the day. Better options in perth for the price.
Great service with a good selection of gluten free dairy free foods! Candles in the centre created a nice romantic atmosphere. Will visit again!
Came here for a buffet breakfast while staying at the hotel there wasn't too many people when we went which was good and there wasn't the biggest variety in food but there was a lot of paleo options would come back if I was staying at the hotel
Located in the new Fraser Suites hotel, it's well set out and a pleasant environment with attentive service.Easy to find a good wine either by the glass or bottle. The food is based around the Paleo principles of low carb and low fat and is very good. Unprocessed and healthy that even after a great steak and a delicious desert like a chocolate rocky road, I didn't feel overdone (or guilty) but had eaten well. This is a quality place and priced appropriately for the quality. I'll enjoy going again.
