I was recently in pastacup beldon Friday of the 6th november, I was served by a young beautiful dame. I didn't catch her name, she helped me to decide what pasta she recommended if it wasn't for her help, we wouldn't have any idea what we did, she was fast and efficient. she greeted my family and I with a bright smile. the food was wonderful, perfectly prepared, fresh and tasty. many thanks to young! My friend, I had linguini alla panna, it was perfect! my son had makkaroni carbonara absolutely loved it. so glad that it is one close, will definitely be back for more delicious pasta!

Let me prevent this by saying that I have never had a negative review as this hurts me to do this. I just don't want someone to waste as much money as tonight. we bought 2 family sizes pastas a garlic bread had delivered it. it cost us about $85 that we had to throw everything away. hubby said his spaghetti was the same resistance as tinted spaghetti, over boiled ****. it was low on soaking quite dry. my creamy pasta had no taste, I think it was just seeing. it was also dry the pasta over boiled. the garlic bread was like a tender toast, not a garlic flavor. added, it is delivered probably not going well, but pizza places seem to get it right. brot was dry again, tasteless .read more
The new owners here are amazing! the business was completely turned around. they are friendly and professional and take what they are serious. all staff are well maintained and eating is always great, especially to take. a favorite of us is the alla panna with ravioli. very recommend, try.

I placed an order through the app as usual without any issues. However, when I went to pick up my food tonight, I was unexpectedly asked to show ID as proof of purchase. Despite showing the employee my app and order number, I was informed that I still needed to provide ID. I requested a refund as I didn't want to drive back home to retrieve my ID for a $20 order, but was denied initially. After speaking with a manager, I was finally allowed to take my food, even though it hadn't been prepared yet. The employee explained that there had been incidents of people using stolen credit cards to make large purchases, but I felt that requiring ID for a small order while I was physically in the store was unreasonable. Additionally, I observed Uber Eats workers in the store who only needed to show their app to receive their orders, raising concerns about the inconsistency in ID verification. I believe that the restaurant should reconsider its new policy, as many customers rely on technology for ordering and may not always have ID on hand for in-store pickups. Despite being a regular customer, I will not be returning to this establishment.
Obviously the girls first day. Ordered a regular vegetarian burrito bowl (double beans double rice). She gave me one scoop of rice and half a scoop of beans and told me it would be extra for more. Paid $14 for a cold scoop of rice and a bowl filled with lettuce. Hardly any sauce too. Disappointed is an understatement.I support this store regularly but won’t be coming back. Service: Take out
