The Crieff Food Co - Perth Kinross

On my first visit to this restaurant, I ordered a dish that was not on the menu but they were able to make it for me. I returned two more times and had no issues with ordering the same dish. However, on a subsequent visit, I received items I did not order along with my dish. When I pointed this out, the staff were unhelpful and borderline aggressive. Eventually, they brought me the correct dish but without any apology. I was hesitant to return but my partner convinced me to give it another try. During my next visit, I explained my previous experience to the server and was very clear about my order. Despite this, our food arrived with items we did not want and missing some we had ordered. The staff once again seemed unwilling to fix the mistake. I have decided not to return to The Crieff Food Company.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with an excellent selection of food, including some unique items. I was able to pick up everything I needed for a two-night stay at the Hydro, and all the dishes were delicious.

Was driving through Crieff and stopped for a coffee, which was great, also picked an absolutely delicious gourmet sausage roll and salad, and some yummy fresh cakes. Highly recommend.

Service from staff varied from surly and disinterested to smiley but inefficient. Food was ok but nothing special. Long waits for service..place seems disorganised and lacking someone in charge of operations.

This food shop has everything you need. Very good food. Wide range of excellent products. The staff could be a bit more agile. The prices are in the upper half. Some organic food but not that much. We would buy again.
