We were staying at The Hydro, so decided to take lunch at the clubhouse on one of the days. A nice relaxed atmosphere, very clean, and friendly waiting staff. It’s just the job if you only want a casual snack. View all feedback.
What sandydee 7 doesn't like about The Clubhouse At Crieff Hydro:
Stopped by for lunch after a long walk with our dog as had seen from website that dogs are welcome. The décor is fairly basic but there was a good choice on the menu. We opted for Haddock and Chips and a Ploughman’s. The food was very good and tasty and service was good too. There is an outside area for seating next to the final golf green. We opted for the covered balcony area. Would visit again. View all feedback.

You can reach the Clubhouse along a wonderful walk through the estate of Crieff Hydro starting from the hotel or drive to the Clubhouse along a single track road. The seating area is small with some outside if the weather permits. You order at the counter and pay for your meal and it is then brought to your table. It did take quite a while before it arrived but we weren't in a hurry. Toasties were excellent and the milk shakes were stunning. Good coffee. Staff were friendly and added to an enjoyable occasion. Played crazy golf after our lunch which was great fun.
Great venue and wonderful views to sit and eat and enjoy. Open to non residents and those who want to have something to eat and drink after a walk up the Knock
On an recent visit to Crieff myself and 3 family members stopped off at The Clubhouse for some lunch. We ordered 3 carrot and coriander soups and 4 Sandwiches. On asking if it would be possible to have one of the sandwiches without spinach we were told this wouldn’t be possible as they are pre-made. The soup was nice and came with a slice of bread and butter. The bread was fairly hard. The sandwiches however were not the best. The bread was hard as if they had been sitting out a while. They sandwiches came served with some crisps. We were fairly disappointed by the sandwiches. There wasn’t a great deal to choose from on the menu. In total for 3 soups, 4 sandwiches and 2 rounds of tea/coffee/fizzy juice the cost came to just under £40. Quite disappointed by the menu and food and don’t think I would return to eat there again.
Small tearoom beside the golf. Open to anyone in the vicinity not just the golfers. Nice walks around here. Food was fresh. Short menu but tasty. When we were were lots of wasps. Apart from that everything was fine
