They advertised that they were open until 9 PM, so I placed an order around 6 PM with the understanding it would be ready by 6:30. They told me my food was being prepared, but when I arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked. They took my money and didn't provide any service.

When I gave my husband his sub, he remarked, "What is this? A loaf of bread?" It's quite frustrating! I would recommend going to Benny's or Fox's next door instead.
