The food can be hit or miss; sometimes it's delicious and well-prepared, but other times I don't even get what I ordered. On my last two visits in the evening, it felt like there was no one around—no one responded to the drive-thru speaker at all.
I visited the restaurant and placed my order, but I was never informed that they were out of certain items. I went ahead and paid for my order without knowing what was unavailable. When I went to pick it up, I was told that they didn't have my selected items. I requested a refund, but instead of providing a replacement, they mistakenly charged me twice for a drink. What should have been a $2 drink ended up costing me $16. It’s not worth going there since they never seem to have what you want and still charge you for it.
I finally made it in before breakfast ended to order my Bacon Club Chalupa. The girls working were curious about my order and said it sounded delicious. I couldn’t remember the name when it was on the menu. Sarah, if you see this, it was the Bacon Club Chalupa! They were really friendly, my chalupa shells were fresh, and it was everything I’ve been waiting for… forever! Taco Bell, please bring the Bacon Club back!
When we reached the counter, I asked again about the enchiritos, and the employee confirmed they were available. Since there was no one behind us, I asked to change my order to two pizzas and four enchiritos. The girl at the register had some trouble, so another staff member came to assist. They asked us to drive around to the front and said they would bring our food to us while holding onto our card, as the order hadn't been processed yet. When the food was finally delivered, I apologized for changing my order and explained that we had come specifically for the enchiritos. However, when we got home, we realized we had received the original order of just four enchiritos and two Mexican pizzas, which cost $32 for two people at Taco Bell.
