Typically, I am very pleased with the food I receive. However, tonight, for some reason, our meal was undercooked. One of the sandwiches was so rare it was practically still mooing. We resorted to putting it on the grill to finish cooking it ourselves. Additionally, I found small pieces of plastic wrapper in my sandwich. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner.

The pork was dry, they ran out of baked beans, and the sweet potato fries were overcooked! The tables also felt sticky.

I had a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. When I entered the restaurant, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I came in eager for a good meal, but after waiting for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, I eventually had to ask if I could seat myself. The response I got was that I needed to pay first. To make things worse, a woman shouted across the restaurant, "Food for Jimmy!" when she brought out someone’s order. On top of that, the man in the booth next to me was having a loud, heated conversation in a foreign language, which was quite distracting. On a positive note, the food was good, but the staff seemed tired and unhappy, creating an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. It definitely wasn't a pleasant vibe.
