Regina provided amazing and efficient service. I placed a pick-up order inside to avoid the usually long lines. She was helpful and friendly, making the whole process quick and easy. This Chick-fil-A location in Houston County is the worst I've experienced. I wish Pat from Warner Robins was running the place instead. The customer service here is absolutely terrible, possibly the worst in Chick-fil-A history. I will be writing a letter to corporate about my experience.

I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A. The food is great and the service is exceptional.
The food was cold and burnt. The cheese was just placed on top of what was supposed to be a warm breakfast sandwich. The hash browns were burnt and cold. Absolutely terrible!
