Not only did we sit at the drive through microphone for 5 mins I literally had to call in the restaurant to get help. They were rude and told me pull to the window. I sat way over 35 waiting on my food not once did they come to the window to tell me why a delay or anything about why they are so slow. I was the first in line. She finally came to the window to tell me to pull up and I asked her why it’s taking so long she just kept saying “ well u want a refund over and over) I was just asking what’s the hold up. I pulled up because I already waited over 30 mins to get my food so WTH. I arrived at Captain d around 4 I got out with food at 4:45. Just ridiculous I will Nvr in my life go there again. Not to mention after such a long wait our food was cold. Yall won’t fix it because it has been like this for years. Crappy owners managers and employees.

If I felt this uncomf... read more The food and service were quite good, but the temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortably hot, making it hard for me to enjoy my meal. If I felt this uncomfortable, I can only imagine how the staff must feel! Honestly, it would have been more pleasant to eat outside on a hot August day in South Georgia than to be inside that restaurant!

Yes, you read tha... read more The wait times are outrageous. If there are more than one or two cars in the drive-thru, expect to be stuck in line for 45 minutes to an hour. Yes, you read that right. Even as the only car in line, you won't get your food any faster than 20 to 30 minutes. I initially thought this was because they were preparing orders fresh, but I was mistaken. It's due to the employees wasting time and paying more attention to their phones than to what’s happening right in front of them. Given the long wait times, I would expect the food to be hot, but it isn’t. I’m sure I’ll receive the standard “please contact us through our website” response, indicating the owner doesn't genuinely care. But I felt it was important to warn others: SPEND YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. Don't just take my word for it—check the other reviews. This Captain D's won’t see another cent from me.
