Not only did we sit at the drive through microphone for 5 mins I literally had to call in the restaurant to get help. They were rude and told me pull to the window. I sat way over 35 waiting on my food not once did they come to the window to tell me why a delay or anything about why they are so slow. I was the first in line. She finally came to the window to tell me to pull up and I asked her why it’s taking so long she just kept saying “ well u want a refund over and over) I was just asking what’s the hold up. I pulled up because I already waited over 30 mins to get my food so WTH. I arrived at Captain d around 4 I got out with food at 4:45. Just ridiculous I will Nvr in my life go there again. Not to mention after such a long wait our food was cold. Yall won’t fix it because it has been like this for years. Crappy owners managers and employees.

There'... read more Up there with top 2 worst restaurant experiences ever. Absolutely 0 sense of urgency here. I placed an online order thinking it would be a quick pick up. There's a line of maybe 5 people waiting. We all waited 30+ minutes while I personally waited 60 minutes and am still waiting as I type this for a 4 piece fish meal, hush puppies, and cheesecake. No attempt was made by the cashier up front (tall heavyset guy)to explain or check on anyone. On his phone several times. I had to ask multiple times how long on my order throughout my time waiting. The manager not once took control of the situation to apologize or address the issue. This location has poor communication, poor sense of urgency. I'm on a road trip and have a long drive ahead of me. My dog is waiting outside and this is ridiculous how long we are waiting. The only person who made an effort was a shorter cashier with long blonde braids. She was the only one to give me an apology and finally put a rush on things although it wasn't her responsibility when she clocked in. I'd like a call from corporate and full refund as this location does not deserve my hard earned money.
