I went to this Wendy's thinking it was the one on Houston lake (due to my wife not informing me which one). Not only did they not make me feel stupid after arguing with them they contacted the other store got my money refunded and made my order for me. They even gave me a bigger size fry for the confusion. No one will ever bad mouth this Wendy's if I'm around due to this one experience. They even complimented my lights that I installed in my car. Truly amazing and knowledgeable staff. Best fast food service in over 30 years.
Went to the drive thru 10 minutes til close to get a large strawberry lemonade because they have the absolute best lemonade but they wouldn’t serve me. If they’re going to always close early I wish they’d include that in their hours of operation. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Service: 1

Just went and asked for a number 6 no mayo, no cheese. We have a dairy allergy, we got the sandwich because the last place we ate didn't have anything dairy free. The lady even said the number 6 doesn't have cheese. We received sandwich and got back on highway because we are traveling and it was fully loaded with mayo and a slive of cheese slapped on top. Thanks
