Abou... read more Placed a mobile order, Went and washed my hands then went around to the pickup area. 9 minutes later a order was sat on the counter but no name was called. About 5 min later i finally asked if it was for me. They said yes but then the cashier grabbed the bag of food and held it hostage while she played around on the computer. Asked for a refund and left. Name should have been called when the order came up. And i still dont understand why the order was held hostage by the cashier

Not only did they not make me feel stupid after argu... read more I went to this Wendy's thinking it was the one on Houston lake (due to my wife not informing me which one). Not only did they not make me feel stupid after arguing with them they contacted the other store got my money refunded and made my order for me. They even gave me a bigger size fry for the confusion. No one will ever bad mouth this Wendy's if I'm around due to this one experience. They even complimented my lights that I installed in my car. Truly amazing and knowledgeable staff. Best fast food service in over 30 years.
