Naturally, hearing a cough makes you concerned about whether they were taking proper precautions to prevent spreading germs onto your food. I believe I had every right to make a face, especially since I was wearing a mask in the car, showing I cared about my health. The employee at the window started laughing and told the cook that I made a face when she coughed. The cook then came back to the window and deliberately coughed everywhere. Everyone began laughing, but I don’t find that funny at all. It’s disgusting. I will never come back here again.

Toda... read more This was my second visit to this Arby's. The first time, I ordered a cheddar and roast beef sandwich, but it only had a small amount of cheese on one side. Today, I tried the Reuben, and again, the ingredients were only on one side of the sandwich. It makes me wonder if the person preparing the food is unhappy and not putting in the effort, which could hurt the business. They really should find a job they enjoy. Also, I noticed a worker frequently going to her car across the street, which seemed odd.
