Applebee's - Perry

We never received a refill on our drinks, but other than that, the food was excellent.

When we arrived at the restaurant to order a steak, we were disappointed to learn that they were out of salad, baked potatoes, broccoli, and green beans - all the usual accompaniments for a steak meal.

Today we visited this restaurant at 11 o'clock. Our server was Charlotte and she provided wonderful service. We both ordered burgers, which were handmade and delicious.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in years, but I had a great dining experience. The service was excellent, and even my 3-year-old enjoyed the food!

We dined at this restaurant last weekend during happy hour. We ordered our drinks, but it took about 40 minutes to receive them. When we ordered our food, it took another 45 minutes to arrive. We decided to order a second round of drinks to have them before our meal, but they did not come in time. Frustrated, I cancelled the drink order and asked for the check. Instead of the check, the server brought my drink. After three attempts to clarify that I did not want the drink, the check finally came. The service was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Perhaps the server was new, but there is no excuse for such poor service during happy hour.
