Papa John's Pizza - Feedback

What M T doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
Just wasted my time waiting for my cold food to arrive in a $67 order, then had a rude closing manager named Cadence provide me with zero empathy, zero accountability, and even called me back after I hung up on her to seemingly rub it in my face that she didn't care that my order took longer than quoted and that my food arrived cold. I ordered Papa John’s and had it delivered to my hotel. The gentleman that delivered was very nice. He called my phone to let me know that he was pulling up into the entrance and as a surprise which usually doesn’t ever happen, the thoughtfulness that went into giving us paper plates and napkins, knowing that we’re living in a hotel which I never request, it was greatly appreciate it.
