Javier promised four things: he would be there himself, maintain a consistent price, arrive on time, and serve delicious food. Unfortunately, he didn't show up and instead sent his rude wife. The pricing was inconsistent, he was late, and the tacos were the worst my family and I have ever had. To make matters worse, the watermelon water was undrinkable. He is not a man of his word!
