The customer service is lacking, and about 75% of the... read more I have visited Del Taco many times since moving to Perris, but unfortunately, the experience has declined. The customer service is lacking, and about 75% of the time, my orders get mixed up. Sometimes, the drive-thru employee misunderstands my order, which might be due to issues with the speaker system. Additionally, the staff preparing the food take their time, which is frustrating. Having worked in several fast food restaurants myself, I know the importance of proper training, yet despite being trained, the Del Taco employees don’t seem very efficient. The menu has great options, but the service could definitely improve.
