I've never been to a place where the employees look at customers as if they don't realize we're the reason they get paid. Everyone here clearly needs retraining. I've only been here about three times, and my order was wrong twice. Additionally, there’s no one at the cashier, so you end up waiting five minutes to place your order while the staff just peek out from the kitchen area.

When... read more The employee at the McDonald's drive-thru seemed either distracted or unwilling to take my order, as he kept forgetting what I requested every few seconds. When I reached the payment window, I couldn’t understand his mention of something about “2.” Now, I have been waiting in the drive-thru for almost 20 minutes. The menu should be straightforward, but the service made the experience frustrating.
