I guess our timing was good - as tourbuses arrived about an hour after we did. We had a lovely meal - I had the smoked salmon appie followed by the most wonderful Muscles!!! The desert was also fabulous! (sadly I can't remember what my husband had, but I know he enjoyed it also). The waiter was really funny, and relaxed, and joking around with us. The reastaurant was very poorly ventilated which resulted in it being very warm even though it was seaside and had many windows. The service was slow, and with a buffet available you would think it would be fast with just having to serve drinks to half the customers. Food was good but nothing special. Great view, seafood was ok although the rice and the vegetables were definitely not fresh but frozen as they had no taste... service super slow, we almost gave up and left... however the price was reasonable and parking was free
This restaurant is famous for its lobster dishes. When our group arrived, the servers seemed a bit confused, but they managed well. The food, presentation, and desserts were all very enjoyable, and it is definitely a must-try for those visiting the area for camping or other activities. Salad is included with the meal, but alcohol must be purchased separately. Overall, it was a great experience for first-time visitors.
Good food. Good service. The restaurant is very busy by 6 pm. We went in without reservation about 5pm and there were only 2 tables available.
Great selection of seafood. Just be careful as they put lobster on other non-lobster dishes without noting in the menu. Good wine selection.
Soup and fish were great, tasty, well cooked but dessert was frozen. We had the Table d 'hôte , they never come to us about the coffee/the, same for the kid menu, she never got a dessert. Service could be improved.
