We waited for 30 minutes stuck in the drive-thru, only for our order to be wrong and look as though it had been stepped on before being handed to us. When I went back to request a fix, I was refused any sort of compensation and told to come back another day! This was the worst experience my daughter and I have ever had, and we both agree it's the worst place ever. Save your money; I would give Triple O's a -100 if I could. I feel completely ripped off by this company—no food, no refund, nothing. We went home and ended up eating instead. So much for our girls' night out. Never again!

Staff are great, good is great, I had trouble ordering online so I just came through the drive-thru and mentioned how it's a birthday dinner, the staff surprise... read more Staff are great, good is great, I had trouble ordering online so I just came through the drive-thru and mentioned how it's a birthday dinner, the staff surprised me by throwing in a birthday dipped fudge cheesecake bar!! They're great!
