While some dishes, like the salmon and roasted Brussels sprouts, receive praise for their flavor and quality, others fall flat, with reports of undercooked lobster and disappointing crab portions. Service levels vary, with standout waitstaff efforts noted amid slow overall service. As the franchise faces scrutiny over its food quality and management approach, many diners express a desire for a return to a more passionate, vibrant dining experience that truly celebrates seafood.
The staff was ok, but our waiter was amazing! eating was black, red lobster than franchise is dead. need passion of business not “suits” that have feared is my opinion. be proud and serve great seafood and re-design restaurants in front of their dead! - dc
I was here for my birthday with my family my lobster was out of my crab raw I received only two pieces of crab meat, the edible my daughter laughs was dry and had no taste this was the worst experience of the red lobster we ever got over
The salmon dish was delicious, although rice was substituted. the roasted brittle sprouts were particularly delicious and the salmon was perfectly finished. the service was a bit slow, but the waiting staff worked hard to ensure that our needs were met as well as possible.
Red lobster worker did not know how to pick up tannin flour, so I did not get points
Food delicious! Waiter took very good care of us. girls in our group liked that he looked like a movie star!
