I've found that the food and service is consistently good. High quality ingredients, tasty and fresh. The food always comes out quickly. The staff are attentive and polite. The Ming is an excellent location to watch the sun go down of an evening. We've tried many Chinese restaurants since moving to Penrith three years ago and have found that this is the best.
