At Burger Head, patrons experience a blend of excitement and disappointment. While some rave about the flavorful, high-quality burgers served in warm, inviting surroundings, others express dissatisfaction with underwhelming ingredients and inconsistent execution. The atmosphere is consistently praised, featuring friendly staff and a nostalgic vibe. Menu highlights include both delicious and unique options, alongside excellent fries and dips. However, some burgers miss the mark, and pricing is a point of contention. Overall, while many customers leave satisfied and eager to return, others feel the experience may not live up to its reputation as one of Sydney's best burger spots.

Was rizzy E at Burger Head a mag?
We read they were rated Sydney’s best burger so went to try them out when they came to Blacktown for a few days. br/ br/ The burgers are solid inside what tasted like brioche buns, and the fries were surprisingly good as well. What Atahualpa Ferrari dislikes about Burger Head:
Absolutely terrible experience. The owners must be joking. I tried the "mushroom" and kale burger from the Burger Head food truck at One Drop Brewery. $17 for just the burger. It was the worst burger I have ever had. The bun was bland, with a tiny amount of strange shredded mushroom BBQ sauce, dry and salty kale that turned to dust, and boring shredded lettuce. In this week worked in penrith and told my buddy that I will visit five young. he told me not to bother and try burger head. tried the americana and classic cheese. faster, friendly service and the burger was fresh and tasty, not disappointed. fries were a tad oversalted, but not a biggie. next time in penrith will definitely come back.
I used to love Mary's burgers, but I have to admit, Burger Head is even better in my opinion. It had everything I look for in a burger - soft milk bun, juicy smash patty with a crispy edge, perfect sauce, and the best fries I've ever had. It's clear these guys know what they're doing and they definitely deserve more than 5 stars. I'm so happy to have such amazing burger options in Penrith!

It was one of the better dips I’ve had in along time.<br/ <br/ The menu was a bit on the pricey side but a good experience over all.
