Wha... read more On our way to Leura my husband and I stopped in Glenbrook to have a lunch at different cafe but it was under the renovation so we went to Kickaboom instead. What a decision that proved to be. We absolutely loved everything about Kickaboom. The food was amazing, service prompt and the stuff very friendly. Thank you so much. We'll definitely be back

Espresso served with a short of sparkling... read more Dropped in for coffee as our usual place (2773) was closed. Service was above average, very friendly, very efficient. Espresso served with a short of sparkling water, very much a European thing and a pleasant surprise in Australia. Choice of different coffees, (Ethiopian, Kenyan or house blend IIRC?). Comfortable outdoor seating. Avo on toast was pretty good too.

I've tried the Reuben sandwich and avocado toast both were delicious. I'd highly recommend a visit if you're in the lower mountains.

It seems most places either use strait bitum... read more I had a coffee here the other day and it was refreshing to have a coffee so well calibrated between dark and light. It seems most places either use strait bitumen or some insipid raw/vegan coffee bean that ends up like green tea. I don't know what coffee kickaboom uses but it was spot on! We didn't have time to eat but their menu actually really innovative without being a toss. Quite excited to get back there for some food! I saw kangaroo on there! About time someone cooked with Australian meat! Thanks guys. Great addition to glenbrook.

The menu is small but well planned. There is something for everyone. Food was really good. Coffee was good too. Definitely think I'll be back here again. P.S. everyone needs to get the cheesy potato balls. They are the best.
