Moe Phở Noodles Cafe - Pendleton
Moe Phở Noodles Cafe
Description
This restaurant offers a wide range of experiences that leave diners divided. While some revel in the exceptional flavors of dishes like curry fried rice, citing outstanding service and a pleasant atmosphere, others are less impressed, lamenting mediocre food with stale rice and poorly executed wonton soup. Service inconsistencies plague visits, with reports of long waits and a lack of attentiveness at times. Overall, while the establishment holds potential with a handful of recommended dishes, it's advisable to approach with caution, as not all meals lived up to expectations. A true gamble in dining.

It was mediocre and expensive the service was passable but the food was something I’d expect to find in a mall food court. Think a Vietnamese Panda Express at twice the cost.
I had the yakisoba noodles, which were very oily and lacked the flavor that would normally be expected. I also tried to get a Boba drink, but they were unable to make one without dairy, which is usually a simple request at other Boba spots. I don't expect I will ever return Vegetarian options: Noodles or rice with veggies
A great place to get a warm bowl of Vietnamese pho on a cold night. Bun Cha was great too(though my personal preference is to have something warm). Price is reasonable for dining out in the US. Parking: Parallel parking available nearby and free of charge.
