The sauces were served in tiny cups—only half-filled with sriracha and hoisin per bowl. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the air, although it dissipated after about five minutes. The waitress tended to over-explain any questions we had about the food or menu. I had to request chopsticks, and there was a moment’s hesitation before she provided them to my (white) husband. It’s an okay spot if you’re in need of a quick pho fix, but not worth going out of your way for.
