What Josh Payne dislikes about Hardee’s:
I ordered two meals, but they forgot to include an entire burger. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. This experience has really turned me off from Hardee's, and I don't think I'll be returning to any location. To get a refund, they said I need to have the general manager called, and then I'd have to drive all the way back to the store to collect it. No thanks. View all feedback.

Terrible service! I waited in line for far too long without anyone at the register acknowledging my presence. They weren't even that busy, so it would have been nice for someone to say, "We'll be right with you!"
