We were staying in Otter Bay without a car so we walked to the Stand for some burgers and fries. I wasn't expecting much but they actually had a veggie burger! The kids loved the milkshakes made with local ice cream. But my husband couldn't stop talking about the fries - hand cut, blanched, and then deep fried. What User doesn't like about Stand:
We got off the ferry from Swartz Bay (travelling by bike) so we wanted to fuel-up before our trip to Magic Lake. We each ordered a hamburger and my son had also fries and a milkshake. The hamburgers were average, the fries were crispy and yummy, and the milk shake was delicious! View all feedback.
And the burger offering is good. With luck you might have to share your oceanside table with an otter or a bald eagle...ok they dont actually sit on the table but close sometimes.

Excellent Bacon, egg cheese sandwich (bun). More than enough for 2 to share. Good coffee too! Breakfast while waiting for the ferry was very nice.
We needed a snack while waiting for the ferry. So, five of us shared three orders of onion rings and a couple of ice cream cones. The folks here can do only one order of onion rings at a time the fryer must be fairly small), so be prepared to wait if you want more than one order. They are worth the wait. Nicely battered and hot.
Really great milkshakes! Great for a quick breakfast running for the ferry. Good value and good service!
