It pairs won... read more The chicharrón bulaklak was absolutely spectacular! It was perfectly crispy on the outside while being tender and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. It pairs wonderfully with vinegar. The grilled squid offered good value for the price; it was well-filled and really flavorful. The seafood kare-kare was an unusual but tasty option. However, the grilled prawns were a little smaller than expected and slightly overcooked. We also tried the Yangchow fried rice, which was decent but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was a good experience, with the chicharrón bulaklak being the standout dish worth trying.

When we went (Easter weekend), the types of fish and seafood available was limited to shrimp and tuna (and of course bangus). But food was prepared well, and service was excellent.
