The service is slow. Took a lot of time just to serve coffee. Would have been decent had the service been more efficient.
Porkchop with laing is bad. They don't complement each other. Better if sizzling plates have atchara to break the bland taste. Better if the porkchop has sauce. Porkchop with laing as a side. The name is rather misleading (I forgot what their name is here). Also, I asked for vinegar, they said they will serve it. Potek! I'm done and I'm eating the food, the vinegar is still not there. Manager Camille should not be manning the front/cashier area.. she seems to be having a bad day and gave us curt cold answers to our inquiries. Being first time diners tourists in Albay, we were quite curious abut Biggs as we saw a lot of it in the province so we decided to try it today but reception is not as warm as friendly as we expected. Rating Camille below standard but kudos to friendly Ana one of the crew who attended to us. Service: Dine in
