Dunkin' - Pelham
Dunkin'
Description
At this neighborhood Dunkin', dependable coffee and warm regulars share the spotlight with chronic understaffing and uneven service. When well-staffed the shop is clean, organized and fast—orders are usually accurate and a barista like Marge earns loyal fans—but drive-thru congestion, slow morning windows and distracted staff can leave customers waiting or receiving lukewarm items. Expect classic menu staples, mobile/card payments and casual, commuter-friendly vibes; bring patience (and consider tipping) during peak times.

Employees attitudes are atrocious; I don’t think I’ve gotten a friendly experience there in months. I will say they know how to make a good coffee although they skimp on the ice even when you ask for extra ice but seriously just work on your customer service cause it sucks
I always enjoy having coffee and snacks at this place. You definitely won't leave hungry. I highly recommend it!
I did the drive through during the morning commute and the service was pleasant but so incredibly slow. Two cars ahead of me got a coffee, nothing crazy, just a coffee. They were waiting 10 to 15 minutes at the window to get it. To be fair i don't know if there was anything unusual about this coffee, just seems like it would have made sense to ask then to pull forward while someone made it for them. Nope, we sat and waited. The line grew almost out to the street. By the time i got the food it was only lukewarm. The place was clean and nice, the staff were pleasant, just clear they were either new, or just completely under trained. They seemed to want to do the right thing, but kept wandering back and forth needlessly as i watched from the drive through window. I seriously doubt i will go back to this dunkin.
