Feedback
If you overlook the litter on the ground and the overflowing trash in the bathroom, the place isn't too terrible. However, they really need a new management team to come in and evaluate the establishment with fresh perspectives. The food and the waitstaff both require significant improvement. I've visited three times now, and each visit has been progressively worse. The person responding to all the positive reviews should also take the time to address the negative feedback. Additionally, the games should be functional, which also suggests that the staff needs to be more engaged. A serious conversation about enhancing the atmosphere and training the staff is long overdue. I regret not taking pictures, but it was just disappointing to see such a promising venue for young people performing so poorly!
After discussing the situation with management, we decided to let the kids go to the arcade first and then access the room once it was ready. I requested that the arcade credit cards for the kids be prepared in advance, as we had 19 children in total, including my son. When the kids started arriving shortly before 3 PM, I explained the situation and that we were trying to sort out the cards so they could start playing. Unfortunately, there were computer issues, and they still hadn’t gotten the cards ready. Given that I had confirmed the number of kids beforehand, I was very frustrated that the cards weren’t prepared. By 3:30 PM, I spoke to them again and still had no resolution. At that point, I had 19 kids with no access to the party room (which was empty but not cleaned) staring at the arcade games. Some parents had resorted to buying their own arcade cards for their children; it was quite embarrassing. Out of desperation, I decided to purchase 19 cards at the kiosk, each loaded with $30, totaling $570. Once we finally got into the room, the focus turned to food. I had ordered extra food, but the party host was unaware of it. Thankfully, they were able to add the extra items and serve them alongside the kids’ meals. In the end, this party cost me $750, and it was certainly not worth it. While they did offer the kids additional arcade credits to make up for the issues, I firmly believe I should not have had to pay full price for this experience.
