I decided to move on and give my son some sesame noodles that we ordered instead. Unfortunately, all it turned out to be was plain noodles with a tiny teaspoon of sauce—no exaggeration. So, I called back to address the issue. The woman on the phone yelled at me, saying I should have requested extra sauce, and then she told me that if I didn't like their food, I shouldn't order from them again before hanging up on me. I really wish I had read the previous reviews that warned about the service and food quality. You’d think during this pandemic, they would appreciate people ordering takeout to help support their business. It's truly a shame, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I appreciate the restaurant for offering a lunch special, even though I arrived just a minute or two after 3 PM.
The staff were incredibly friendly, even though it was nearly closing time. I really enjoyed the Chow Mei Fun with white sauce; it was delicious. My husband ordered the Chicken and Broccoli, which was so tender that I couldn't resist sneaking a bite. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
Would not recommend, boneless spare ribs are dry and hard. Inside of Chinese restaurant was dirty.
It's Chinese take out so there are no major expectations; I ordered basic wing and fries. My food was edible with minimal seasonings. I asked for salt and pepper packets. There were none. Had to request disposable utensils and napkins also which should be a given with a take-out order. I asked for my fries to be crunchy and they were not crunchy at all. It's Chinese takeout so I do not expect much more than something edible.
