This DD is a joke, the manager who I believe her name is Elizabeth is PETTY. She gets annoyed every time you show a DD reward because she has to help the cashier get it together since they never know what they are doing. Today I got an ice latte and asked the worker to please take some ice because they fill up the whole cup with ice. The person making my latte without any hesitation took half the ice and continue making my drink. Here comes “petty the manager” and decided to take over and finish my drink. She gave me an ice latte that was only filled 3/4 of a cup. I asked her to please add more milk, she said no because I asked for the ice to be taken off now I need to pay more money.WHAAAAAT!!!! I paid almost 7 bucks for this latte which had almond milk and now she wants me to pay more ? I politely asked her for my money back because I’m not ghetto and will not be throwing my drink to her face which is what she deserved. She chose to throw away the latte and give me a refund instead of just adding more milk to my drink. Something wrong with her she’s definitely miserable and hates her job.
I have been here so many times, and I 've been refraining from leaving a review, but I 'm done. This place sucks. The workers are incompetent, the manager or whoever she is, has an attitude problem. I say thank you, and there is no you 're welcome. They are so unorganized and could carless about their performance and customer service. If i could leave no stars, I would. They can 't even place a boston cream donut in the bag properly. This is every time! I 'd advise everyone to drive the extra mile and go to the Buchanan Dunkin instead. They are 1000x better.
Maybe we visited on an off day, but this is a horrible Dunkin donuts. Very slow service from workers with poor communication skills. Donuts tasted old and stale, but then again we visited in the afternoon. All around, very poor expereince.
The restaurant has established a reputation for friendly service and consistently fresh coffee and donuts. However, recent experiences indicate a decline in overall quality, with issues such as incorrect orders, unavailability of essential items like lids, and disappointing restroom conditions. Customers have expressed concerns about staff miscommunication and a lack of knowledge regarding menu ingredients, particularly for those with dietary restrictions. Despite these setbacks, a few patrons have noted positive interactions with the staff, contributing to a warm atmosphere. Overall, while the potential for a pleasant visit remains, improvements in service and hygiene are urgently needed.

The staff members were incredibly polite, always welcoming me with smiles and friendly faces! The coffee was brewed to perfection! I'm really glad I made the effort to stop here for coffee as I began my journey back to Maine. I also encountered two charming older gentlemen in the lobby who seemed to be regulars, and they really added to the pleasant atmosphere!
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. On a hot day, I was eager to try their milk-free ice option, but when I asked about the ingredients, they were unable to provide any details about the non-dairy base of the ice cream (such as whether it was made from coconut, almond, soy, etc.). The staff member listed the ingredients that contributed to the flavor, but when I inquired again about the ice cream base, they simply shrugged as if they had no further information. As a mother of children with allergies, it's concerning that a national chain can't offer details about all the ingredients in their products. There should have been a reference guide, brochure, or list available for them to check. In the end, they missed out on a sale that day, as well as my husband’s chance for a treat since he follows a milk-free diet.
I ordered a small cup of ice cream to take with me. The server who assisted me was fantastic and fulfilled my request perfectly, but when I asked for a lid, she informed me that they didn’t have any. I was quite surprised and felt compelled to mention their shortage of essential items. The cashier told me I wasn’t the first to bring this up and that she had already informed the manager about the issue. My point is this: given the ongoing pandemic, it's obvious that most customers prefer to take their orders to go instead of dining outside without masks. So why are there not enough cups, lids, and other necessary utensils available?

I have no complaints. The service is excellent and quick. The donuts are consistently fresh, the coffee is always fresh, and the ice is just right. I'll definitely choose Dunkin' Donuts next time I go.
There's a staff member there that I really appreciate. She puts in a lot of hard work and definitely deserves a raise.
The staff members were incredibly courteous, welcoming me with smiles and friendly expressions! The coffee was expertly brewed and just perfect. I’m really happy I made the effort to stop by for this coffee to start my trip to Maine. There were also two delightful older gentlemen in the lobby who seemed to be regulars, and their presence truly enhanced the warm atmosphere!

The women?s bathroom was broken. The staff told me to used the mens bathroom instead. It was disgusting ???? It was only 8:00 am in the morning. It?s obvious that they don?t clean the bathrooms often. It?s not a clean store at all will not order here again????????
I go out of my way to stop here, very happy with the crew working the morning shift,
I have been a regular at this restaurant for several years, but I've noticed a decline in service this year. When I asked for a refill on my Dunkin' Donuts card, they accepted my payment but cleared my existing balance instead. I've also experienced multiple instances of receiving the wrong order. While the staff is friendly, it seems there are frequent miscommunications, often because they don’t fully grasp what is being said. For instance, when I visited yesterday to order a cup of coffee, I was given tea by mistake.
I often stop by this place to pick up coffee and donuts for my mechanics while they work on my SUV. The service here is exceptional!
