Faultless. One of the best dining experiences we have ever had.

This was an excellent experience. The food was unique and exceptional. The service was of a very high standard. I highly recommend enjoying a dining experience here.

An elegant, confident kitchen with seasonal produce from nearby farms shapes each dish, and familiar regional traditions are revisited with confidence and technical finesse. The service is thoughtful, precise, and perfectly synchronised with the kitchen, making the experience feel genuinely welcoming. It is the kind of refined, personal dining experience that stays with you and leaves you eager to return, so we will.

In the middle of a tiny village there is a magical restaurant. Called Ausias. From the outside it looks like a normal house. From the inside it is a proper restaurant with only 8 tables for two. No menu card. Two menus to choose from. 12 courses or 14. We chose for the 10 course. 4 starters, a soup, 3 main dishes, a spoom, 3 deserts. And a coffee. All dishes are small of course, but all give you a taste explosion in your mouth... Believe me, this Restaurant is extreme. Excellent service. People, including staff in the kitchen are very nice. And the price of the menu we had? 66€. This restaurant is worth a Michelin star. Thank you so much for an excellent afternoon. Regards, Rob Corine
