My wife and I decided to order from bo... read more Recently, Flip's Griddle Burgers opened under the same roof as Koyku, offering another menu for customers to choose from. My wife and I decided to order from both places. I’m a big fan of the burnt end nachos but wanted to try a burger from Flip's this time. I opted for the PB BBQ Burger, which includes pork belly on a large patty topped with three types of onions—crispy shallots, pickled reds, and fresh scallions—along with Tex*Asian BBQ sauce, cheddar, lettuce, and BFD sauce. This burger was amazing! Cooked to perfection—a feat for takeout—and absolutely massive. It provided one of the best flavor experiences I’ve encountered this year. I also ordered a side of steak fries, which have replaced the tots at Koyku. While I’ll always have a soft spot for the tots, these fries are a fantastic alternative, offering a similar flavor profile. We also shared a side of crispy BBQ shrimp, which were delicious. I would definitely return for all these items again. Koyku consistently delivers superb food, even with the new menus they’re offering now. I can’t wait to explore more from Flip's menu. Highly recommended!
