Whataburger - Pearland

I gave 4 stars (instead of 2 or 3), as I understand that they are clearly shorthanded at this point. My first complaint about this visit is that it took over 30 minutes to drive through thru with only 5-6 cars in front of me. This is WAY too long to be stuck in a drive thru in a so-called fast food restaurant!

Went with a group of veterans to get food before you go to the movie. Ordered a 2 double meat burger with frits and a drink. The order lasted very long, so we had to wait. When I looked at my order, there were no pommes except onion rings. But it was late to go back so we had to leave and I didn't get my fries. I guess it was too busy arresting her to correct the orders.

Very friendly staff. Very patient as we examined the menu. Dining area was not crowded, very clean. Staff was circling around to check on customers. Banana Pudding shake is just plain YUMMY! Dying to try it mixed with Strawberry...doesn't that just soundabsolutely divine? Will definitely be back to this location.

Fries when hot was ok. Burger was also ok. Had to do dine in coz the line in drive thru was long. Faster service in dine ins.

Honestly, the food is not bad, they still do very well I have only eaten in other places that were better. All about it would not call it an unpleasant experience that I was still satisfied?? Food: 3/5
