This is the second time in a month that we have visited and both times even though there were long lines, the staff work very hard and were able to officially handle our orders. We slightly prefer the cream teas versus the cream blends and when one of our drinks was too thick, they were helpful and remixed it to make it thinner. The tea was good but the tapioca tasted like rubber for some reason. I really liked the eggrolls though. The service was just ok. The girl who gave me my drinks just handed it to me and I said thank you and she just walked away without a word. Tough work day I guess :/Food: 2/5 View all feedback.

Orders #1 teahouse tapioca drink didnt like as much so they let me exchange for thai green tea which tasted better

Haven’t been here for years. They got different staff. Cut a lot of items from the menu. Still got that acrylic glass in front of the register even tho COVID ended 2 years ago so we can’t have a normal conversation. Also person in the back got my order wrong. Drink was decent.
