Jacob was extremely helpful in explaining the point system to me. I don't usually dine here, but I've been twice this week and he was consistently friendly and welcoming both times. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had the worst experience at this restaurant. They always mess up my order and don't pay attention when I ask for my food to be made spicy. I also requested almond milk due to my lactose intolerance, but they consistently use regular milk, which leaves me in pain for days. The staff really needs to improve their listening and reading skills. I do not recommend this place at all. View all feedback.
I'm an adult who orders her hot chocolate at child temperature. I don't feel judged? they made my drink exactly the way I asked and it was delicious.
I ordered a decaf caramel macchiato with oat milk at a Kroger Starbucks on shadowbriar and was given a black coffee with a splash of cream. I didn't realize this until I was already on the way home and I came to this location and Anthony at the counter remade it for me perfectly and I was so grateful for the service I got here at this location. Thank you!
Banana nut bread pistachio frozen Frappuccino. All great. Crowded at 10am.
The best service! Can I just say I was having not such a good day. But this Starbucks switched my mood, thank you Stenise for your service today.
It is difficult to get frustrated at Starbucks for customer service. Unfortunately, I had to encounter an inconsiderate and rude associate at the drive-thru on 12/26 (Sunday) around at 5:30 pm. First, his attitude to receive order was something many would not expect in other Starbucks locations. I was elaborating my order as he asked. Instead of listening to me, he would cut off my words and asked back SO WHAT IS THE SIZE Well, I already told him two times by then.I understand he was busy and might have been distracted. However, it is inexcusable for a drive-thru associate to continuously receive other orders while a customer is waiting to pay and drive out. He did not even wait until I took the cup. He left it in the shelf under the transaction window, which was impossible for me to reach. When I asked for more paper napkins, he grabbed a few and tossed at me those completely crumpled pieces. If he does not want to care and serve customers, why is he working there, ruining that location's reputation? Also, why did the manager fail to train the crews properly?
