La Madeleine - Pearland

It's a sweet spot, but not for me. I was looking for a breakfast / brunch location and that wasn't it. A bit expensive, but her sandwich was good. I didn't really like the Croissant sandwich.

Very hit or miss, Sandwich saw and tastes burned. Updated review: Smaller portions, lower quality, high prices, poor customer service I came to this restaurant last morning and it was terrible. I was waiting to order with four people before me. Some businesswomen cut before anyone say they have a business meeting to go and needs their order. I guess making it my working time wasn't so important. Then the manager let everyone else know in the line that he would be laborious to take orders so that he could handle the door dash drivers. After all this time, I just left. This place is too understaffed to have both tordash and regular customers, and it was really unfair to cut someone before other people were waiting. This place is getting worse and bad post pandemic.

On Sunday morning there was a bridal shower. This place can never be disappointed. They had us in the private room and food was mainly for the French Toadt Casserole to die. Parking: Pearland Towne Center

The place needs cleaning, especially the floors. The offers of the dishes presented in the window are ugly. The mushroom soup was terrible and I could only taste. The workers are friendly. I don't want to go back. I always went to La Madeleine 10001 Westheimer Rd and it's different! Food: 2/5

Went into la Madeline and picked up a jar of tomato basil soup and a jar of blackberry spread. When I got to the counter I also ordered two creme brûlée desserts. The employee rang up the order and I paid. I choose not to leave a tip for takeout counter service. My assumption here is that this decision affected the rest of the transaction. The employee boxed the desserts and dropped the box into a bag. Because he did not close the box, one dessert came out of the box and the other was upside down in the box. He made no attempt to bag the other two purchases so I handled that part myself. Again, I am assuming this was the result of me not leaving a tip for counter service and I could be wrong. But if what I experienced was normal operating procedure, it was indeed a poor performance.
