Jack In The Box - Feedback

What Angel Arceneaux doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
Every time I come to this Jack in the box I get great food but horrible service there are several times that I've actually went at 6:15 am and they had cones sitting on the drive-thru however their operation of hours clearly states that they're open it's a crying shame I've tried to call to let the manager know but there's no one to call. I quit going to this location 6/7 Mths ago because of an employee who was one of the rudest people I’ve come across in customer service! I’ve been in retail Management most of my life. I stopped by on 12/7 in drive through and was helped by Andy, who was extremely helpful and polite! I understand that other “problem employee”, was no longer there because of said issue.
