Jack In The Box - Pearland

I quit going to this location 6/7 Mths ago because of an employee who was one of the rudest people I’ve come across in customer service! I’ve been in retail Management most of my life. I stopped by on 12/7 in drive through and was helped by Andy, who was extremely helpful and polite! I understand that other “problem employee”, was no longer there because of said issue. I’m giving them another shot thanks to Andy’s helpful disposition!

Every time I come to this Jack in the box I get great food but horrible service there are several times that I've actually went at 6:15 am and they had cones sitting on the drive-thru however their operation of hours clearly states that they're open it's a crying shame I've tried to call to let the manager know but there's no one to call. Please update your hours and also your staff.

I usually go to the location closer to 288 but came in last night. I had great service from a young African American gentleman food was awesome! I will be back

They messed up a kid meal and wouldn't correct their error when I showed them. Complete idiots. Don't go here.
