How the hell, you burn every single item we ordered. Your drive thru person sucked. She took her slow ass time, the barista made 4 drinks within the 7 minutes I waited for my 2 damn drinks. Crappy service and they need to learn how not to burn their ****.

Customer service is highly lacking at this location! I went inside thinking it would be faster than drive thru but nope. I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. She didn't even say thank you, no one even welcomed in! They didn't even call my order when it was ready, it was literally just sitting on the counter. Smh

I don't drink a lot of coffee, so I didn't know what to order. The staff was friendly and patient, and provided a nice recommendation that I enjoyed. Will visit again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited this location on 8/23. No employee present at all. Cars waiting in drive thru line. Finally an employee showed up at 6:19am!!!! Very dissatisfied!!! This location need to do better!!! Sent an email via online site. Still no response.

Waited for 35 minutes in the drive through for our drinks to made be crappy. The total was $17 and the girl gives us 1 drink and says thank you... we're like we had 2 drinks? She goes to check gives it to us with no straw and the wrong size. At this point we're over it and leave. Also their machine to heat food is down. This is always the worst coffee bean. Their workers are young and could care less about quality and customer Service. Kamakana and Ewa are the best!
