Johnny Rockets - Pearl City

Great place to eat when you're in the mall. Steak and cheese sandwiches are incredible. Usually I'll eat here when my car is waiting for Sam's club. The staff was friendly, business was clean and there were limited seats outside, so Timing is incredibly important. After over a dozen visits never a bad experience!

Very military-friendly place. Manager was very helpful in explaining the menu items.

First and last time here. That's all. Customer service was ruthless everywhere, food was asggy as soon as we got it tasty spoiled, expensive way overpriced. Spent $80 on 4 disappointment meals if only the shakes were good. McDonald? Up here.

Thursday 28 May the individual who works the evening shift in the Pearl Highlands Oahu HI camp show a very bad attitude. I wanted to ask him a question after he called several times. He said he was the only person who works, and he basically refused to give an answer. I asked if we would get there before closing. He refused to answer! Ok I can understand being overwhelmed, but you still need to show some professionalism and this time it was definitely missing, with so many people from work, how can it?t enough people to meet the demand?

I love Johnny Rockets at Pearl Highlands Center. Good hamburgers and onion rings to die for. Is all made after you order it so slower than fast food and a little pricier but well worth the time and the money. The staff is wonderful.
