Pearl City Highland Market Jersey Mike's. Put your hands down, the best sandwich underload I've ever eaten. Far superior to subway or Blimpes, but the trade is increased prices. It is worth the treating once in the time for the Philly Cheesesteak Sub $18.00 for feet). There are different varieties of different sandwich options, sure to have something that will satisfy your taste. Like other sandwich shops, chips and... View all feedback.
What Cathy H doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
We recently ordered a sandwich with extra meat, substitute the ham with pepperoni, add jalapeños and pickles, kept all the veggies and oil vinegar. This is the sandwich I received. No veggies or oil vinegar, just the add on. A little bit disappointing. View all feedback.
I ordered a giant sandwich but received four sandwiches that are only as big as my finger. It used to be much larger, and now it looks like this.
Sandwiches are always made right and in a timely manner. Never had a problem with pickup orders or delay. Cute little outside eating area too.Food: 5/5
The sandwiches are pretty good and they will make yours to your liking. The only factor is they are more expensive than most sub places...there is also a big difference between the sizes they offer and you'll see it in the price.UPDATE...Absolutely love the customer service and environment at this location. Have only been there once when a young lady didn't seem too thrilled with management. Other than that, the employees always have good music on and dancing vibes. I had to ding them on their food however. This was our third consecutive time in the past couple weeks where our bread has been less than stellar. Honestly, it has been super hard and not fresh. Ruins the good cuts of meat. Got the Italian today Mike's way and their was no amount of oil and vinegar that was going to soften up that bread. Hopefully they get this kinked worked out...very unfortunate this has happened three times in a row now.
The subs here are excellent—always a hit! However, the location can be tricky to find as the sign was missing. Google Maps took me to the wrong side of the mall. Just a heads up: it's located inside the Highlands Market. Food quality: 5/5.
My original favorite employees, Jeff and Ryan, I haven't seen in a few visits, but they always made my sandwiches perfectly, and I’m definitely one to make special requests! Recently, I’ve noticed some new faces. I tend to remember the names of those who leave a positive impression—whether it’s from recalling my sandwich order, engaging in meaningful conversation, or just creating an awesome experience overall. The sandwiches here are fantastic, and I think that’s also due to the great energy of the place. My personal favorite hot sandwich is the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with added chipotle mayo (no cheese). My new go-to cold sandwich is the #8 Club Sub “Mike’s Way,” also with chipotle mayo (no cheese). Pro tip for an upgrade: ask for a thin layer of mayo on the bread and have it pressed and grilled on the cooktop! I’m not a fan of cold bread, so this is my way of ensuring it’s warm and toasted.
