This is my favorite Wendy's location. The food is always served quickly, and the place is very clean. The staff is consistently friendly, even if they sometimes struggle with scanning rewards or processing payments from the app. I recently started using the mobile ordering system so I can avoid dealing with the new employees who are still figuring things out. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The Poor Man. On August 26th at 12:30 a.m., I witnessed an employee struggling alone at the register while the manager refused to provide any support or send anyone else to help. The employee needed change, and when they asked for assistance, the manager simply responded, “I have no change,” without engaging further or offering any help. I ordered the Alaskan Fish sandwich, and it was delicious! The fries were decent, though there were quite a few small pieces, which is pretty common at most drive-thru places.

I have to say, I was quite disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff seemed poorly trained and rude. There was one young employee who was trying hard but clearly overwhelmed, and the manager was busy texting instead of helping out during the busy drive-thru and order service. When I expressed my concerns, she casually told me not to worry about the wait times, even though they were short-staffed with only 7 or 8 people working. Waiting 12 to 15 minutes for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and a small fry is simply unacceptable. I don't want to criticize the entire staff, as I'm sure many of them work very hard and deserve recognition, but there is definitely a need for better management. They might want to consider providing training or making staffing changes, because this was by far one of my worst fast food experiences ever. I will not be returning!

The cheap manager refuses to pay rewarding accusations, which leads to a serious personal shortage. then they pull all the people who don't want to work anymore, 'cushions. Even during peak hours there are only about 3, maybe 4 workers and a useless middle manager. they will be in the car ride thru for 20-30 minutes, and receive improper or false food from overworked employees. would recommend the taco bell next door. they suffer from some of the same themes, but in a seemingly somewhat smaller dimension.
